Montezy GmbH is a member of the Self-Regulatory Organisation VQF (SRO Member No. 101303) and is supervised for compliance with the Swiss Anti-Money Laundering Act (AMLA). Such membership constitutes anti-money laundering supervision only and does not represent prudential supervision or a license by the Swiss Financial Market Supervisory Authority (FINMA). Montezy GmbH is not a bank and does not accept public deposits.
These terms govern the use of the Montezy website, dashboard and API by business clients of Montezy GmbH. Specific services are governed by the individual client agreement, which prevails over these terms.
Services are available to businesses only. Montezy may accept or decline any application at its discretion and must complete identification of the client, its beneficial owners and, where applicable, its end customers before providing services.
Clients must provide accurate information, keep it up to date, keep their credentials secure and use the services only for lawful purposes and within the business described during onboarding.
Where a client uses Agent Accounts, the client remains responsible for all instructions given by its agents within the mandates it has configured.
Montezy may suspend services or hold payments where required by law, by its AML obligations, or where it suspects misuse.
Swiss law applies. Place of jurisdiction to be defined in the client agreement.

Contact and account data, identification documents of clients, signatories, beneficial owners and end customers, payment data, and technical data about use of the website and dashboard.
To provide our services, to meet obligations under Swiss anti-money laundering law, to secure our systems, and to communicate with you.
Identification and transaction records are kept for as long as the law requires, which under AMLA is generally at least ten years after the business relationship ends.
You can request access, correction or deletion of your data, subject to legal retention obligations, through our contact page.
This website uses only the storage needed to run pages you interact with, such as keeping you signed in to the dashboard during a session. We do not use advertising cookies.
